Norwood, New Jersey Municipal and Traffic Court Law Firm
If you have been summoned to appear in Norwood Municipal Court, don’t treat the charges lightly. Though not all municipal court matters have potentially dire consequences, some do. Thus, it’s generally a good idea to treat these matters seriously and learn how they might impact your life before you accept a plea deal offered by a prosecutor or simply plead guilty as charged. Prior convictions, multiple traffic offenses and other factors can affect the seriousness of your municipal court charges. At the Reinartz Law Firm, our experienced municipal court lawyers are committed to providing vigorous defense strategies to our clients.
Borough of Norwood Municipal Court
The Norwood Borough Municipal Court is located in the Broadway Municipal Building. It handles a variety of traffic matters and non-indictable criminal matters that occur within the boundaries of the borough. These include charges for traffic violations like speeding, reckless driving, improper passing and drunk driving, in addition to charges for shoplifting, disorderly conduct, assault, and more. The court also handles local municipal code violation matters.
The Reinartz Firm and You
While our firm routinely appears as defense counsel for clients in the municipal courts of Bergen County, we never treat clients’ cases as “routine.” We explain the nature and consequences of the charges, and then carry out a strategy designed to obtain the client the best possible result in court. We have worked for years in the municipal courts of Bergen County, and in most cases can help clients obtain a better result in court than they would obtain on their own behalf, without a lawyer.
