Oradell began sharing court services with Paramus in 2015. That’s when Oradell moved its municipal court matters from 355 Kinderkamack Road to the Paramus Municipal Complex at One Jockish Square, Paramus, NJ, in order to save municipal resources and expenses. Maywood shares services with Paramus as well. It at this facility where all Oradell municipal court matters are heard.
Traffic charges heard by this court include DUI/DWI, driving while suspended, failure to carry liability insurance, improper lane change, tailgating, careless driving, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident and driving on an expired license, among others. Criminal charges heard by this court include some of the following disorderly persons charges: possession of a controlled substance, simple assault, shoplifting, harassment, theft, and more.
